EMW and Bodega Otronia Start a Brand New Distribution Partnership in Hong Kong and Macau Markets

Shanghai, July 23^rd, 2021 – East Meets West Fine Wines (Shanghai) Limited (EMW) is delighted to announce being appointed the exclusive distribution partner with Bodega Otronia in Hong Kong and Macau, China.

 

Otronia is a unique project with terroir wines located in the south of the Chubut Province, Argentina, which has been under wraps for 10 years. Driven by the constant search to explore nature and discover superior quality, the Argentine businessman Alejandro Bulgheroni, the founder of Otronia, stays true to his dream to create a collection of excellent wineries located in the premier wine regions of the world and build a portfolio of wines with great identity, personality and reflecting its origins in each product.

 

The wines of Otronia are products of excellence, produced with great ageing potential and destined to position themselves at the high-end local and international market, in countries such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Sweden, the United States, Brazil and Uruguay. The southern and extreme climatic conditions of this region means that wine production is limited.

About Bodega Otronia: Challenges the limits of what is possible.

 

In the southern center of the Chubut Province, on the shore of Lake Musters, which used to be called Otron by its former inhabitants, Otronia is born. It has 50 hectares of organic vineyards in Latitude 45° south. This is a new project with vines of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer and Pinot Gris. A new wine region is born along with a new vision. It has the extreme climatic conditions, typical of this area located at the southernmost area of the world, "the end of the Earth". The wind is one of the most important and key conditions of the area. It brings an absolute cleanliness of the air.
